By creating an account or using Pluply, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Prohibited conduct

Strictly prohibited: sending illegal, violent, pornographic or minor-related content; harassment, threats or stalking; spam, scams, viruses or malicious links; impersonating another person or entity; any activity that violates applicable law.

Privacy and respect

Respect other users' privacy. Do not distribute screenshots or recordings of private conversations without explicit consent. Use the report button to flag abusive behavior.

User content

You are fully responsible for the content you post and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to it. By posting, you grant Pluply a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content on the platform for as long as your account exists.

Plans and subscriptions

Some advanced features require a VIP subscription. Prices, terms and features are described on the plans page and may be changed with prior notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations such as illegal content or content involving minors.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of the service or third-party user conduct.
